Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Application shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.

• Users must be 18 years of age or older to register or transact.
• Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the Application.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.

Access to certain services may be subject to eligibility, affordability, or risk-assessment checks conducted by RentSavvy or its approved Partners to ensure responsible usage of the Application.

Approval or continuation of services is subject to meeting applicable eligibility criteria and compliance with these Terms.

RentSavvy provides a technology platform that facilitates:

• Rental-related payment processing
• Installment scheduling
• Administrative and settlement services between tenants, landlords, and approved partners

RentSavvy does not provide loans or interest-bearing products.

All charges applied relate strictly to administrative, operational, or collection services, structured to remain Shariah-compliant.

Certain services made available through the RentSavvy Application may be facilitated in collaboration with regulated third-party service providers, settlement partners, payment processors, or collection service providers (collectively, “Partners”).

RentSavvy acts solely as a technology platform and payment facilitation service and does not provide loans, credit facilities, or interest-bearing financial products.

Any obligations arising from rental payments, installment arrangements, or settlement processes are governed by the relevant service terms presented to the User at the time of transaction.

RentSavvy is not responsible for the acts or omissions of such Partners beyond its obligations as a technology platform.

• All prices are clearly displayed prior to checkout.
• The displayed price and currency at checkout will be the same as printed on the transaction receipt.
• The amount charged will appear in the cardholder’s card currency, subject to the issuing bank’s conversion rate.
• Any additional charges relate solely to service administration, payment facilitation, or recovery of actual collection costs, where applicable.

• Payments are accepted via Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in ​.
• RentSavvy does not store card details.
• Cardholders must retain copies of transaction records and Application policies.

RentSavvy does not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned or restricted countries.

Once a payment is successfully completed:

• A confirmation notice will be sent to the registered email address.
• Confirmation is typically delivered within 24 hours of payment receipt.

Refunds, where applicable:

• Will be processed only through the original mode of payment.
• May take 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank.

Refund eligibility depends on service status and contractual obligations with landlords or partners.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours, where applicable.
• Cancellation approval depends on whether the service has already been initiated or completed.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within the standard banking timeframe.

Users must not:

• Use the Application for unlawful purposes
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to bypass security or payment systems

RentSavvy shall not be liable for:

• Bank processing delays
• Third-party service interruptions
• Force majeure events beyond reasonable control

RentSavvy does not extend credit, determine credit scores, or report to credit bureaus.

Any references to installment scheduling relate solely to payment facilitation and administrative structuring and do not represent consumer lending or deferred-interest arrangements.

• RentSavvy reserves the right to update these Terms periodically.
• Changes become effective on the date they are published.
• Users are encouraged to review the Terms regularly.
